</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="eng">Opening up for Circular Change deals with the current state of mind
in respect of the deconstruction and Re-Use of materials in urban
development in the city of Vienna, identifying constraints and
potentials towards a circular economy. By confronting 42 key
players who have the potential to advance circular economy in
Austria by overcoming „business as usual“, the project aims to
create a shared context among them, as a basis for long-term
exchange. Through in-depth conversations with these actors, who
we believe can foster circular change within their daily scope of
action - ranging from material resellers, developers and architects
to policy makers and influencers - we are intending to open doors in
order to make a difficult debate more efficient.
