Ausgehend von einer persönlichen biografischen Auseinandersetzung mit dem Thema Glück und dem Grafikdesigner Herrn Sagmeister (* 1962, Bregenz) wird hierzu ein ausgeführtes Vermittlungskonzept in Bildnerische Erziehung für eine 5. Klasse eines Bundesrealgymnasiums in Österreich entwickelt und analysiert. Zusätzlich wird das Thema mit den Global Goals1, Nr. 16 „peace and justice, strong institutions“ in Zusammenhang gesetzt. Schülerinnen und Schüler sollen anhand einer künstlerischen Arbeit mit Medien und Materialien ihrer Wahl zeigen, was Glück für sie bedeutet. Die Designgeschichte zu Arbeiten des Grafikdesigners Herrn Sagmeister und der Analyse seines Films „The Happy Film“ sollen die Schülerinnen und Schüler inspirieren, persönliche Zugänge zum Glück künstlerisch auszudrücken. Die Aufgabenstellung wird nicht nur konzeptuell entwickelt, sondern mittels angewandter Unterrichtsforschung durchgeführt und analysiert. The content of this bachelor thesis aims to show a contemporary art project for secondary schools based on the topic of "happiness". Starting with a personal biographical examination of happiness in connection with graphic designer Mr. Sagmeister, a practical concept for the school subject art for a fifth-grade class of a secondary school in Austria is developed and analysed. In addition, the topic is set in context with Global Goals, No. 16 "peace and justice, strong institutions". Pupils are asked to develop an art project using media and materials of their choice to show what happiness means to them. The design history of graphic designer Mr. Sagmeister’s work and the analysis of his film "The Happy Film" serve as inspiration for the students to express their personal approach to happiness.
