University of Applied Arts Vienna Konfliktkultur statt Konfliktlösung: dialogische und künstlerische Prozesse The present work deals with the topic of conflict culture instead of conflict resolution and to what extent dialogical and artistic processes promote a constructive handling of conflicts. The scientific work begins with a theoretical examination of the origin of conflicts, an inscan into the essence of a constructive conflict culture and theoretical approaches to the dialogical process and research in the form of conversations. This is followed by a practical part, an excerpt from conversations with people from the professional group of artists and teachers. Die vorliegende Arbeit setzt sich mit dem Thema, Konfliktkultur statt Konfliktlösung auseinander und inwieweit dialogische und künstlerische Prozesse einen konstruktiven Umgang mit Konflikten fördern. Die Arbeit beginnt mit einer theoretischen Auseinandersetzung über die Entstehung von Konflikten, einer Einschau in das Wesentliche einer konstruktiven Konfliktkultur und in theoretische Ansätze des dialogischen Prozesses und einer Recherche in Form von Gesprächen.
