The proposed system works on the basis of a circular economy re-establishing a closed nutrient cycle, making the new structures essential parts of each city. With the increasing rate of urbanization and densification in our cities, the current agricultural methods need to be rethought. The proposed vertical food production hub can change the parasitic behaviour our cities currently have with the countryside Becoming central hubs for knowledge sharing, social gatherings where the growth, production and consumption of food is reintroduced into the local culture. Therefore, instigating a communal and individual food awareness that will sustain urban farms and a healthier society. By bringing the people closer to nature a more ecocentric society becomes possible. Der "Temple of Food" ist ein urbanes Zentrum für Lebensmittelproduktion. Das vorgeschlagene System basiert auf einer Kreislaufwirtschaft, die einen geschlossenen Nährstoffkreislauf wiederherstellt und diese neue Architektur zu einem wesentlichen Teilen jeder Stadt macht. Mit der zunehmenden Urbanisierung und Verdichtung in unseren Städten müssen die derzeitigen landwirtschaftlichen Methoden überdacht werden. Die vorgeschlagene vertikale Farm kann das parasitäre Verhalten das unsere Städte gegenüber dem Land haben ändern. Die neuen vertikalen Farmen werden zu zentralen Knotenpunkten für den Wissensaustausch, gesellschaftliche Zusammenkünfte, bei denen Wachstum, Produktion und Konsum von Lebensmitteln wieder in die lokale Kultur eingeführt werden.
