Ihre Verdrängung\nist aber nur von kurzer Dauer, der\nHintergrund rückt nach vorne. It is made out of trash-like materials and is supposed to serve as a temporary stage of lunacy and absurdity. The visitors - while their problems seem to vanish into thin air - become ensnared by this world that pretends to fulfill their dreams. The suburban homes only appear in the background at first. They are silent reminders of a life on the outside. The Freaks only serve the purpose of amusement.
