Anstelle von herkömmlichen Lösungen, Dachbegrünung,…etc. wird versucht den öffentlichen Raum, den Park dreidimensional als Teil des Projekts zu verstehen. Das Ergebnis ist ein Hybrid, städtebaulichen Maßstabes, der die Anforderungen zeitgenössischen Denkens erfüllt.</lom:langstring>
