phaidra.bibliothek.uni-ak.ac.at o:41458 Ferment-Fiktionen der Omega-3 Fettsäuren Das künstlerisch-wissenschaftliche Projekt Ferment-Fiktionen der Ω-3 Fettsäuren setzt sich aus drei Komponenten zusammen: Einem experimentellen Forschungsessay, den Fermentationen zu seinen Kapiteln und einer gemeinsamen Degustation dieser als Mehr-Gänge-Menü. Das Forschungsexperiment soll mit der Forschungsmethodenpraxis des Fermentierens ökologische, ökonomische und politische Beziehungsgeflechte des Starmoleküls – der Omega-3 Fettsäure – konservieren. Dadurch wird praktisch gefragt, wessen es bedarf, um eine verantwortungsvolle Lernpolitik des planetarischen Kümmerns und Verkümmerns, Essens und Gegessen-werdens zu leben. Fermentation ist in dem Projekt haltbarmachende Methode und Theorie. Haltbarmachen bedeutet, die multiplen Omega-3-Geschichten des Essays zu sinnlich erlernbaren Erfahrungen zu organisieren, um ein Mit-Denken, -Essen und -Werden zu verstoffwechseln. "The diploma project consists of three components: 1. an experimental research essay that applies rules of academic writing but with a more artistic approach; 2. fermentation objects that reflect the content of each chapter of the essay; 3. a lecture dinner at the opening using the fermentations as ingredients. Fermentation - the interspecies practice of preserving food - is method and theory in the essay and project.
