Damit verbunden der Gedanke ungenutzte und leerstehende Räume zu bespielen. „Seestadt Atelier & Seestadt Tower” ist ein 6 monatiges Projekt (März – August 2021), das in der Seestadt ausgeführt werden wird. Als Arbeitsplatz für künstlerische Tätigkeiten werden zwei Räumlichkeiten anausgewählten bildenden Künstlern zur Verfügung gestellt. Eine Raum wird 4 Künstler_innen für 4 Monate als Atelier dienen und der andere wird für das Finale des Projekts als Ausstellungsraum benutzt werden. Diese Räumlichkeiten stehen dank der Kollaboration mit Wien 3420 Aspern Development zur Verfügung. The starting point for this project is the desire to make art more obtainable, to offer artists an accessible work space and to connect people with art. From then on I worked on the idea of transforming unused and empty spaces. “Seestadt Atelier & Seestadt Tower” is an upcoming 6-month project (March - August 2021) in Seestadt. Two spaces will be transformed. The first one into a temporary art studio, that 4 selected visual artists will use as a co-working space. The other will be used as an exhibition space for the end of the project.
