Brecht expresses his criticism of capitalism in the play by means of the young artist Anna, who appears as a two-part person in two roles (manager/seller and artist/product). In a seven-year journey to earn money for the family home, she is confronted with the seven deadly sins - sloth, pride, anger, gluttony, lust, greed and envy.
DISITOFY is a transfer of the theme into the spring of 2020, which has been marked by the corona crisis. Young theatre makers are confronted more than ever with the question of how they can find their role in the ambivalence between artistic personality and self-marketing.</lom:langstring>

Brecht drückt seine Kapitalismuskritik in dem Stück anhand der jungen Künstlerin Anna aus, die als zweigeteilte Person in zwei Rollen (Managerin/Verkäuferin und Künstlerin/Ware) auftritt. In einer siebenjährigen Reise, die dem Geldverdienen für das Haus der Familie dient, wird sie mit den sieben Todsünden – Faulheit, Stolz, Zorn, Völlerei, Unzucht, Habsucht und Neid – konfrontiert.
DISITOFY ist ein Transfer der Thematik in das von der Corona-Krise geprägte Frühjahr 2020. Junge Theaterschaffende stehen mehr denn je vor der Frage, inwiefern sie ihre Rolle in der Ambivalenz zwischen Künstlerpersönlichkeit und Selbstvermarktung finden können.</lom:langstring>
