University of Applied Arts Vienna Lichtkoffer Haas’ work is located at the performative interaction between music, space and light. The conception of dynamic light spaces enhances the expressive, audio-visual potential of musicians. The focal point is the ‘Lichtkoffer’, a compact and modular interface between hardware and software. The concept enables both pre-programmed, as well as real-time, light shows and their adaptation to individual requirements and spatial conditions. Due to the variable application of these parameters, each performance creates a unique atmosphere and experience. Haas beschäftigt sich mit performativen Interaktionen von Musik, Raum und Licht. Die Schaffung dynamischer Lichträume erweitert die audiovisuellen Ausdrucksmöglichkeiten von Musikern.
