Ihr Ziel ist es, die Zeit zu verändern und zu ernsthafteren Orten hinzuführen, d. h. durch die Malerei an den durch die Fotografie evozierten Standpunkten zu rütteln. By reading articles and contemplating photos everyday, Juan asks for their feelings and their thinking. Juan painted scenes according to the newspaper and pictures by hoping that the paintings could change the photos’ time and space and also their simple describing way. She wants to prolong the photo‘s time and to lead to more serious spaces.
