<dc:description xml:lang="en">Contra-Post - The Figure - a reference framework

Studying the legality of the human body (movement and normal position) I acquired my individual vocabulary of scopes for design.
While analyzing the issue of 'Kontrapost' and experimentalizing on the figure I developed new formal approaches which I continuously expanded throughout my process of development. My focus has been on bringing organic and abstract forms together.
Nature provides me with data for my plastic works. At the same time I take elements from nature - such as colours and plait structures - which affect the theme and composition of my etchings; moreover pieces of figures can be read off in my etchings.

work: 1 tall plaster sculpture, 2 small plaster sculptures, etchings
material: plaster, aeruginous
technique: plaster body (tall sculpture), aeruginous
plaster body (small sculptures), aeruginous</dc:description>
