Beim Entwurf wurde auf besondere Porosität in die Querrichtung geachtet um den 13. Arrondissement mit dem Areal der Bibliothèque nationale zu verbinden und somit das gesamte Viertel zu beleben. Das Grundstück wird mit Wohnbauten, einem Gerichtsgebäude und Gründflächen bebaut. The diploma thesis deals with the coverage of rails next to the gare d'austerlitz and the Bibliothèque nationale de France in Paris. The design provids porosity in transverse direction to connect the Arrondissement des Gobelins with the area of the Bibliothèque nationale which stimulates the whole region.
