Sie beschreibt den Suffizienzgedanken als\nHandlungsstrategie mit dem größten Potential für Kostenreduktion. Dieser\nscheitert häufig aus Mangel an Motivation in der Umsetzung. Daher sollte in\ndieser Arbeit die Motivation zur Umsetzung des Suffizienzgedankens mit der\nFlexibilität, Wohnraum unkompliziert zu vergrößern bzw. zu reduzieren,\nverknüpft werden. Einzelne Modulhausbaufirmen, die mit solchen\nWohnmöglichkeiten werben, werden mittels Fragebogen verglichen, um\nanschließend festzustellen, ob das momentane Marktangebot den\nSuffizienzgedanken ausreichend motiviert.\nResultierend aus der Literaturrecherche werden zusätzlich konstruktive\nMaßnahmen gesucht und aufgelistet, welche die anfallenden Kosten im\nEinfamilienhausbau positiv beeinflussen, d.h. reduzieren, könnten. Die\nBefragung der Modulhausfirmen zeigt allerdings, dass diese (trotz teilweiser\nUmsetzung solcher Maßnahmen) mit ihren angebotenen Preisen keine\nmaßgebliche Reduktion der Kosten bewirken. Der momentane Markt des\nModulhausbaus liefert somit nur einen mäßigen Motivationsansporn, den\nSuffizienzgedanken umzusetzen. Dies auch vor allem deshalb, weil die\nErweiterung bzw. Reduzierung von Modulhäusern bisher selten in die Praxis\numgesetzt wurde. Die Kosten für spätere Erweiterung sind mäßig höher als ein\nvergleichbares Haus vorweg in dieser Größe zu errichten. Ein vereinfachtes\nKreditrechenbeispiel zeigt jedoch, dass es durchaus positiv sein kann,\nKreditbelastungen auf unterschiedliche Zeitabschnitte zu verlegen. Dabei wird\nein Modulhaus, welches von 75m2 auf 100m2 erweitert wird mit einem\nModulhaus, das vorweg mit 100m2 gebaut wird, verglichen.\nWeiters wird aufgrund der gemachten Erkenntnisse eine persönliche\nVorgehensweise zur Entscheidungsfindung im Einfamilienhausbau\nbeschrieben.\nIn dieser Arbeit wurde auf Fachliteratur, Fachpublikationen und Interviews\nzurückgegriffen. Die Informationen dieser Arbeit wurden mithilfe einer\nqualitativen Forschung behandelt."}]},{"@type":"bf:Note","skos:prefLabel":[{"@language":"eng","@value":"In modern society, sustainability and ecology are important concepts\nproviding huge potential in many areas including construction of buildings,\nincluding family homes. This paper explains what sustainability and ecology\nmeans with regard to building homes and make make the purchasing of such\nbuildings more attractive to individuals and families. It describes three\nsustainable strategies for action: Efficiency, Consistency and Sufficiency.\nThis paper is trying to identify measures which can help to significatly reduce\ncosts of investment, use and dismanteling of ecologically built family houses. It\nfurther describes the concept of sufficiency as an action strategy with the\ngreatest potential for cost reduction. This however appears to often fail\nbecause of lack of motivation at the stage of implementation. Therefore, this\nwork describes the advantages of module houses a living space which can be\nadapted to the needs experienced in different stages of live, i.e. as they can be\nenlarged when needed (when establishing a family) and reduced when\nneeded (children moving out of the house). Because it seems important to\nreact to changing living needs in an uncomplicated manner, construction\ncompanies that advertise modular housing options were compared in this\npaper. In addition, it was tested whether the current market offers sufficient\nincentives to promote the idea of sufficiency and actually motivate individuals\nand families to purchase modular houses.\nBased on literature research and a survey, additional measures which could\nhelp reducing construction costs when building an environmental\/ecological\nfamily home were identified and listed. However, the survey demonstrated that\ncurrent prices of modular houses are too hight and hence provide only\nmoderate incentive to implement the concept of sufficiency. Moreover, the\nexpansion or reduction of modular houses has rarely been implemented in\npractice and are likely to cause additional costs. In addition, the costs of\nexpansion of a modular house are moderately higher than a comparable house\nin this size. A simplified example of credit calculation shows, nevertheless, that\nit can be quite positive to transfer credit burden to different time periods.\nThe paper also describes a personal approach to building a family home,\nbased on the knowledge acquired.\nIn this work, specialist literature and publications as well as interviews were\nused to collect relevant data and information.
