alltägliches Produkt für uns.

Aber ist Schwarzbrot nicht mehr als das?

Ein paar Stunden mit dem Auto genügen, um festzustellen,
dass Schwarzbrot mehr als nur eine
überaus gesunde, nahrhafte und vor allem wohlschmeckende
Unterlage für Wurst und Käse ist.

In Zeiten der Globalisierung bedeutet Schwarzbrot
für viele, die im Ausland leben, ein Stück
Heimat, für andere ist Schwarzbrot etwas Neues
- die Möglichkeit ihren kulinarischen Horizont
zu erweitern.

Ziel dieser Initiative ist es, Schwarzbrot im
Ausland bekannt zu machen und die (Schwarz-)
Brotkultur international zu positionieren.</lom:langstring>
