des wechselseitigen Codierungsvorgangs von DNA
und Umwelt wird eine Lichtskulptur materialisiert,
die in ihrer Gestalt auf einen Abschnitt der
DNA-Doppelhelix verweist. Sie ergibt sich durch
den Effekt eines zylindrisch arrangierten Gewebes
auf das Licht von LED-Ketten. Über einen Algorithmus,
welcher auf Daten der genetischen Disposition
der Künstlerin basiert, werden die LEDs
in Schwingung versetzt, die Doppelhelix wird
aufgebrochen und rematerialisiert. Die Datenauswertung
des genetischen Codes erfolgte durch
ein gewinnmaximierendes Unternehmen.</lom:langstring>
