Bezirk in Wien zeigt nach durchgeführter Bestands- und Zustandserfassung drei verschiedene Varietäten von Werksteinen aus dem Gebiet des Leithagebirges sowie unterschiedliche Fugen-, Setz- und Ergänzungsmörtel. Die Natursteine werden mittels Mikroskopie und REM Untersuchungen petrografisch und gefügetechnisch vorgestellt, sowie deren Schadensbilder beschrieben. Dabei zeigte sich das große Schadenspotenzial der Zementergänzungen und der Vergipsungen am Stein. Im Konzept werden die möglichen Reinigungsmethoden der Vergipsungen diskutiert und Arten von Schlämmen vorgestellt.
