The depicted sculpture has a clear form and contains all essential aspects of the concept, thus it represents a substantial element within the group. Each object bears a different kind of tension in itself, which shows a moment of concentration, perhaps shortly before discharge. Like representatives of certain fields, the three objects affect one another, thereby initiating an ostensibly silent dialogue. Silent Friends heißt die Werkgruppe, die aus einer Holzskulptur gleichen Titels, einem Samowar und sechs Holzschnitten besteht. Die abgebildete Skulptur hat eine klare Form, enthält alle wesentlichen Teilaspekte des Konzeptes und ist deswegen ein tragendes Element in der Gruppe.
