In Workshops, die sich auf somatische und materielle Prozesse konzentrierten, korrespondierten die Teilnehmenden durch Briefeschreiben, während sie gemeinsam eine Kombucha-SCOBY (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast) pflegten und diese in Bio-Leder verwandelten.\n\nDie Forschung stellt interdependente, intra-aktive Fäden in den Vordergrund, die lebendige Materie über unterschiedliche Temporalitäten hinweg miteinander verflechten. „Trans*mutation“ wird als ein fortlaufender relationaler Prozess verstanden, in dem Veränderung durch Korrespondenz, Ko-Affektion und Bewegung entsteht und in dem Körper (menschliche wie mehr-als-menschliche) in einen anhaltenden Akt kontinuierlichen Werdens verstrickt sind.\n\nDas Projekt wird als Installation präsentiert, in der Briefe und Bio-Leder eine schwebende Assemblage bilden, begleitet von einer Partitur, die Besucher*innen dazu einlädt, mit der Arbeit zu korrespondieren.
