University of Applied Arts Vienna Die Zille This work is the final writing for the studies of teaching handcrafts. It shows the process of building a "Zille", which is a typ of wooden boat used on the Danube. The work, done in the workshop is brought to paper, in addition with photographs and sketches. We can sense the character of a construction manual. The work is framed by a theoretical part about the Danube and its shipping. Die vorliegende Arbeit bildet den Abschluss zum Lehramtsstudium für Werkerziehung und beschäftigt sich mit dem Bau einer Zille. Die praktische Arbeit wird in diesem Buch dokumentiert, analysiert und mit Fotos und Skizzen untermalt, somit kann von einer Art Bauanleitung die Rede sein.
