Description (eng)
"Metaphysics of objects fundamentally end up being caught in subject-object relation, as the noumenon qua noumenon is essentially incomprehensible. This relation varies in such ways through which broader cultural shifts may be tracked. However, as all of the metaphysical systems have been written in the metropole, they neglect to put in consideration the concepts written or orally passed in the global south. An examiantion of the relation to object also demands an examination of relation to body, which furthermore acquires examination of clothing as instance of huge differences in the global south and global north, i.e. the dyslectic of the fashion body vs. symbolic body That is why, while simultaneously using the arguments of this human relation to objects made by the philosophers and social scientist in the west, it is necessary to fill the huge gaps that they have left, and state the generalizations and assumption. In this sense, a comparative study of different modes of relating to objects should build up an organic symbiosis of reciprocate learning and exchange, in which contemporary society can trace the presence/absence of symbolic thought and its applications in social practices.
